Recruforce Haiti was born from a simple observation: companies in Haiti struggle to find reliable profiles, and thousands of skilled professionals struggle to be seen. We are the bridge between the two.
What we do
We recruit, place and support staff for local and international companies: call centers, telecoms, logistics, energy, hospitality, healthcare, NGOs. We also handle payroll, compliance and training so that our clients can focus on their business.

Our head office is in Christ-Roi, Port-au-Prince. We operate in Cap-Haïtien and the country’s main economic zones, and work remotely with employers abroad who hire in Haiti.
