Who we are

Recruforce Haiti (RFS), a recruitment and staffing agency headquartered in Christ-Roi, Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Contact: info@recruforcehaiti.com.

Data we collect

When you apply, upload your CV or contact us, we collect what you enter: name, email, phone, city, CV, message, plus IP address and submission time for security. Employers who create an account provide a company name, a contact and billing details.

Use

Your data is used only to process your application, offer you opportunities matching your profile, manage employer accounts and billing, and reply to your requests. We never sell your data.

Sharing

Your application and CV are sent to the employer of the job concerned. Talent pool profiles are only shown to an employer with your prior consent. Our technical providers (hosting, email) access data only to deliver their service.

Retention

Applications are kept for 24 months, talent pool profiles until you ask for deletion, billing data for the legal period.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to info@recruforcehaiti.com. We reply within 30 days.

Security

CVs are stored in a non-public area and encrypted in transit. Access is limited to the Recruforce team and the employer concerned.

Cookies

The site only uses technical cookies required for login and, where applicable, anonymised audience measurement.
