Purpose

These terms govern the use of recruforcehaiti.com, job posting by employers and applications by candidates.

Candidates

Services are free for candidates. You guarantee the accuracy of the information provided. Recruforce never asks candidates for payment; report any such request to info@recruforcehaiti.com.

Employers

Each job must be real, lawful and compliant with the Haitian Labour Code. Recruforce reviews and may refuse or edit a discriminatory, misleading or incomplete listing. Packages are paid in advance; credits are activated on receipt of payment and valid for 12 months. A published job is non-refundable.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Recruforce may suspend an account for abuse, spam or non-payment.

Intellectual property

Site content belongs to Recruforce Haiti. Listings remain the property of their authors, who authorise their distribution on our channels.

Liability

Recruforce introduces and verifies diligently, but the hiring decision belongs to the employer and the decision to accept a role to the candidate.

Governing law

Haitian law. Disputes fall under the courts of Port-au-Prince.
